Are you planning a photo shoot and wondering whether a mini session or an individual session would be more suitable? 
Mini sessions are short, 30-minute photo shoots where I, as the photographer, determine the location in advance and appointments are only available on a few days each month with limited spaces – ideal for spontaneous photo shoots, but with significantly less flexibility and image selection. 
Individual sessions give you and your loved ones an extensive, intensive photo shoot experience and provide you with enough time and space for individual planning, natural, relaxed moments and the necessary amount of patience and stress-free atmosphere, especially for sessions with small children, dogs or very special occasions.

TRAVEL EXPENSES for the photographer	Travel costs are already included, as I only plan mini sessions within a 30 km radius of my studio in Thorstrup near Varde.	All bundles include journeys within a radius of 45 kilometres around my studio in Thorstrup near Varde. For longer distances, a surcharge of DKK 3.0 per additional kilometre travelled will be charged for the return journey. Journeys that require a bridge surcharge will be priced individually. WARM-UP TIME / NATURALNESS	No warm-up time. Many clients take about 30 minutes to really get into the shoot – and this development is clearly visible in the pictures later on. Photos from mini sessions can therefore appear a little more posed, as we have to achieve results in a short space of time and there is less room for natural moments.	More warm-up time, natural moments, stress reduction, especially for families with small children | dogs. Sessions with small children or dogs require more patience so that everyone can relax and act naturally. Sufficient time is allocated for this in individual sessions.

PAYMENT	7 days after receipt of invoice in full.	Full payment 7 days after receipt of invoice. (Optional: possibility to pay at least 50% upon booking and the remaining 50% at least 7 working days before the session; please discuss this option with me when booking, and invoicing will follow accordingly). In the case of a subsequent bundle upgrade, the difference must be paid in full 7 days after receipt of the new invoice. Split payment is available. If required, please inform me in advance.
REBOOKING	In case of inclement weather, it is possible to rebook for another available mini session (year-round). However, I cannot guarantee an alternative date.	An individual session always comes with a fixed alternative date in case the weather is not favourable on the actual session day. We will agree on an alternative date individually.
REFUND	If there is no available mini session to which the booking can be transferred, or if no other solution can be found that is advantageous for both parties, a refund is of course possible.	If it is not possible to find an alternative date within the travel period or to postpone the trip until the next holiday in Denmark due to bad weather, a refund is of course possible. Many holidaymakers in Denmark visit the west coast several times a year or annually, so it has always been possible to find a satisfactory solution.

Information on travel costs & location – Individual session (2–3 hours)

My individual session bundles already include travel costs for locations within a 45 km radius. If we meet at one of these locations, there will be no additional costs. If you are flexible about the location, you can avoid additional costs. These include, for example:
